Thoughts...
These are from by various people who knew Russ
Before we get started this week I would like everyone that reads Its Good To Be King to take a moment of silence for Russ Haas. I had only met Russ on a few occasions and him and his brother are two of the nicest guys that you would ever want to meet. They also were one of the best young tag teams that I ever had the pleasure of watching. Russ was way too young to be taken from this world and my thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Haas family.

Today I lost one of the best people in my life. Someone who was good natured, funny, and one who i considered part of my family. Russ Haas will always be one of my closest friends in and out of wrestling. To Charlie, please accept my deepest condolences for you and the rest of the family. Rest in peace Russ, I am missing you already.

Russ haas could have been the sports future. Instead on such a tragic day he died. His desire and hard work will prove once again that after bodies die , legacys live. R.I.P. russ.

I met Russ Hass about 4 years ago. Him and his brother were very nice guys. It's sad everytime someone in this business passes away, especially with their whole future ahead of them. It makes you sit back and ponder the reasons why we do what we do and the main reason is the love for it. I know Russ is sitting next to God right now and convincing him to start a promotion up there. God Bless him, his family and my deepest sentiments in his passing.

I never met Russ Haas, but never did I hear a bad word about him the wrestler nor him the person. It's a shame that not only has a great career been cut short, but that a great person has been taken away. My heart goes out to Haas family.

Well, Russ was a good friend of mine in the biz, we got along great, he always let me know he loved having me around. I was shocked and very sad that night. As far as I know, it was me and Flash Wheeler that were his opponents in his pro wrestling debut match...I think thats why he held a special place for me in his heart. There's not a bad thing I can say about that guy.
