On December 15, 2001 WWF developmental talent and former Jersey All Pro wrestler Russ Haas passed away of heart disease. Russ Haas was born on March 11, 1974 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in Oklahoma and attended Seton Hall University in New Jersey. Before working for the WWF, Russ along with his brother Charlie who were collectively known as The Haas Brothers, got their careers started here in Jersey All Pro Wrestling.

On Saturday, February 2, 2002, Jersey All Pro Wrestling will host a memorial show for our fallen brother Russ Haas with all of the proceeds from the show going to his wife Deedra. All of the wrestlers from Jersey All Pro Wrestling along with the staff will be donating their services for this event. RC (Charlie) Haas along with Deedra Haas will be in attendance for this event.

The Russ Haas Memorial Show takes place on Saturday February 2, 2002 at The Charity Hall in Bayonne, NJ. At 7:45 PM Jersey All Pro will present a very special video reflecting back on the career of Russ Haas and a ten bell salute will take place with all of the wrestlers working the show at ringside. The wrestling begins at 8:00 PM.

The Main Event for the evening will be a Triple Crown Championship Match. All 3 JAP Champions will put their titles on the line in this historic match. The JAP Heavyweight, NJ State, and Light Heavyweight Championships will all be awarded to the best wrestler in Jersey All Pro.
